Returns must be initiated within 45 days from the date you receive your order. Any items returned outside this return window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges

All exchange requests are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns, including being new and unused and requested within the 45-day return period.
Return Process
All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@fioraviq.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label that you can download and print.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free return shipping, meaning Fioraviq bears the full cost of the return shipping label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees when the return is approved and processed according to this policy.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days. Refunds are issued using your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
All refunds are issued in USD. If your original payment was made in another currency, please note that your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are beyond our control.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for eligible returned items once the return has been approved and processed.
