Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-5) from Monday to Friday will be processed starting the next business day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Handling Time

All orders require a handling period before shipment. The handling time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, and order fulfillment takes place from Monday to Friday only. During this time, orders are prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Transit Time and Delivery Schedule

Once an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is between 4 and 15 business days. Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is 5–20 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. All prices and shipping-related charges are listed and processed in USD. If you choose to pay using another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
